I just remembered that weapon with its unique look, droped in Runeye had amazing stats even for a Velious era weapon.
Is it from the classic era or was it after Kunark or Velious?

The runnyeye revamp was classic but I couldn't give a specific date. I believe it was post velious but pre luclin.

Runnyeye revamp was something like a month after Velious launched.

BIBS is in, if that means anything.

As far as I know, BABS isn't in yet, or any of the allow armor drops either.

Blackened Iron became Blackened Alloy in the Velious revamp. So, no.
