Decayed Bodies and peititons.
 

I have recovered a good handful of decayed bodies that had petitions in since the start of January. I have moved you to those bodies. Come back and play.

Please remember in game petition is for immediate help. Messing up quest turn ins, bugged quests, handing items into your pets without looking at what item it was, and selling items to a vendor you didn't wish to sell isn't for in game petitions.
