No particle effect
 

Whenever a player cast a spell on either a mob or a PC, there is no particle effect. Ive looked in options all day and all my options are turned up. Any ideas?

IE Spell particles on High, and for Everyone, and /showspelleffects all is on

Problem fixed..........damn old UI

Ok now it just shows spells casted on me not PC's casting on other PC's or NPCs
