In my anticipation to install the game I have been researching old maps/items/quests/etc. I remember vox/naggy dropping RBG (runebranded girdle?) I couldn't find it listed in the database. Was this item added in velious?

Runed-bolster Belt is their table. That's dragon loot. RBG isn't dragon haste and was launched with Kunark.
