armor crafting
 

Hello all
I am an old eq player from release til 2005.I never got into the crafting part of the game so I am a newb to that part. I started tailoring and blacksmithing.
I cannot find any recipes for chainmail or ringmail armor. Is it possible to craft these or did they just skip over to fine plate from banded?

In Classic, I'm pretty sure the jump was straight from banded to fine plate (although, the Classic trivials for banded and a number of other items were much higher than they are here, so the jump wasn't as staggering). At some point, the ornate chain items were added, though I'm pretty sure that was Luclin or, possibly, PoP.

There was racial crafting and dye's in the update just last night. I never crafted either so I'm just getting that from the patch notes. May be worth looking into.
