making ice comet from dropped runes makes a no drop scroll

had this happen as well is this working as intended?

only the NPC drop version of Ice Comet is not No Drop on this server, dont know if that is how it's suppost be.

Okay there are 3 different versions of spell: ice comet.

• 1. Spell: Ice Comet
• 2. Spell: Ice Comet [quested/crafted]
• 3. Spell: Ice Comet [crafted]

1. Droppable. Only from Lady Vox.

2. No drop. Tradeskillable with rune of frost/rune of the astral OR from Tarton's Wheel quest.

3. Droppable. Only from Planes of Power -> research.


#3 will never be seen here.
