PL for a L21 Wizard
 

Looking to get my baby wizard to 29 when he can at least port around and quad kite a bit, preferably in Droga/Nurga so I can get a little Chardok faction, but anywhere will suffice.

I have a L60 enchanter for haste/clarity depending on your class.
