Today, a friend from TMO gave me a tell that an Iksar Broodling (rare spawn) was up. I quickly ran to plane of Fear, while the mob was charmed by one of TMO players. They waited for me to kill the an Iksar Broodling and I looted child's tear for my Shammy epic quest.
So far I only had good experiences with TMO and I don't believe all the propaganda that is going on in these boards against TMO.

TMO's faction with newbs got better

On a related note though, my experience with p99 and its forums overall is that most of the people you run into on the forums are much friendlier, less argumentative, less trolly, etc., when you see them in game. I know that I am much less of a dick (basically not a dick at all!) if you talk to me in /tells, but I might get a bit grouchy from time to time when there's any sort of debate/argument/discussion on the forums.

Member of TMO gave me a Circlet of Shadow randomly while I was at the FM giant fort. The next day I dinged 30 and got feign death, and now I'm happy as pig shit :D
