Magician Phantom Leather does not enhance regeneration
The Magician 16th lvl spell phantom armor is not enhancing hit point regeneration. I believe it was working properly yesterday, however now hp are only regenerating the base 2 per tic while sitting.

I've never seen the HP regen from any of the Phantom line spells. I didn't play a classic mage, so I just chalked it up to the original version of the spells not having a regen component. Not sure how it's really supposed to work, but if the HP regen part is supposed to be live on P99, it's not working properly.
I concur. |
as far as i remember there always was a regen component on it. Only reason Mages ran around with 10 stacks of Cats Eye Agates on them. please fix

Bump.
I noticed this when I was leveling up and stopped using the spells quickly because of it. The bug effects all 'Phantom' armor spells, not just the level 16 one. I can attest to the fact that, in classic, there was definitely a regen component, but if actual proof is needed I can look when I have some more time. Thanks |
Yeah the phantom line did regen.
The regen was added during kunark era. They removed the regen from the mage phantom line about 2 months after P1999 was released. At least we get the tiny ac buff it gives. ; ) |
If you have proof that it was added during Kunark, please do post a patch msg link. Otherwise most of us mages remember it being in forever. I'm still 99% sure it was classic, but there's always that 1% :)

Well, I'm sorry for starting this thread then. Thanks Nilbog for setting me straight. :o

Whats the scoop with this line of spells? I can confirm that today Phantom Leather does not change regen rate. Looks like it was due out w/ Kunark?
