Can anyone confirm that it drops every time from these mobs?

I dont think he ever dropped it "always". Have to make sure he is wearing it first.

No he didn't always wear it when he dropped it initially.

Yes he did always drop it up until like luclin. SHould be this way for the life of this server.

Proof is in the link and all over monkly-business. Wasn't nerfed until later.

Either way Kanras made the change. Just need confirmation.
