2 isolated groups to submit bug/exploit reports
MQ detection from the start
Double the player content without changing the current attainability of items on P99-1
Less competition for targets

I wouldn't move to it and wouldn't play on it if people were allowed to move their chars.

However if there were a new server for people to start over on, where everyone is on a level playing field again, I would do that
