From what I was told this isn't able to be MQed. I could be wrong but 3 monks cried about it to me. Hope it works since I need one

Think he is selling the RotLC as part of the RotWF turn in. Doing the actual RotLC isn't working as it is a classic quest.. apparently despite being mandatory for the epic it doesn't count as part of the epic. Found that out the hard way.

Yeah sorry to not clarify, this is RotLC MQ for RotWF.. You provide the 2 pipes, etc, etc. Sorry for any confusion.
