This list looks like it was put together in 5 minutes, it is "Incomplete" so I'll give you a pass on the vagueness and missing content.

This portion of the "Global Server Rules" that "Apply to both servers" I found particularly interesting:

The most basic form of this is "dumping" mobs near another player or party and escaping via a form of teleportation or death. Intentional or not, this is against the rules. This rule is not limited to the basic example given, as there are many different forms of training players will use. You take all responsibility for mobs that you aggro. If you are trying to escape from a pack of NPC's but there is another group in your way, do not run through them. Even if your intention is not to train them, it would inevitable cause this and you may be subject to disciplinary. It is recommended that you take the death (Your responsibility for aggroing the mobs) and request a resurrection from nearby players.

If you happen to accidentally train a group of players, please immedietely notify the staff via /petition that you have done so by accident. Apologize to the players in question, and assist them with any recovery needed. If the staff hears about your train before you tell them, intention is no longer an excuse. (Repeated unintentional trains will still result in disciplinary action).

How can rules on training on a pvp server possibly be exactly the same as the PVE server? Do you think there's even a slight chance that if 1 rival guild accidentally kills another rival guild by a train, that they are going to help them get their corpse back and then apologize? Perhaps it was just laziness to combine this section but it seems like this is not a practical pvp rule.

The staff obviously doesn't like training on either server. So obviously you shouldn't do it. Not exactly the way I would like, coming from Sullen Zek, but it isn't our server is it?

This isn't "new".

After talking to certain staff, it is my understanding that it is the responsibility of the owner of the pet to control his/her pet(whether is a charmed pet or not). Can we get a confirmation on that?

You can fear pets, you cannot fear engaged mobs.

This server is like watching someone on life support who is suffering but their family is too stubborn to pull the plug, when in reality pulling the plug would just remove the burden from everyone involved.

Maybe a poor analogy but whatever, truth. Appreciate the "effort", if this can be labeled as such, but way too little, way too late.
