Thanks from a newbie
 

I just want to say thanks to a couple people yesterday. I just started a warrior yest named Triat, im sure some of you saw me asking to buy newbie weapons on ooc for several hours. Noone actually had one to offer and i did get kind of put aside by all the ill sell you a rusty.......and all the newbie references....but that isnt what this is about...i farmed bone chips during this time and Jefferson bought them from me for double what i was asking for, Colt sold me bronze armor cheap and im sorry but i cant remember the nice Bards name that ran me from the docks back to butcherblock so things wouldnt kill me....this gives me faith in this server...anyway thanks again to these people and everyone else that gave me good advice.!

Glad to hear it. There's usually a good amount of sarcasm in /ooc. Just take it with a grain of salt. There's a large amount of generous players in the game that I've come across.

Ooc can be a cruel place. But do remember that EQ is the sort of game where it's fun to find things out for your self. The feeling of accomplishment you get can't be rivalled in other games :)

There are lots of nice people on the server. There are also some jerks. Kind of like real life, actually. Good to see you met some of the nice ones.

shoot Virtuosos a tell, you can pretty much always find me in ec wc or any other noobie zone helping out and passing out items...i spend more time helping out low leveld groups than i do helping myself :p

Use auction to buy stuff, not OOC.
