Primary hand DB seems to work okay. Some are reporting no DB on ranged / thrown attacks, though.

yes damage bonus is in for casters

play a ranger , bow dmg never goes up ever

you will slash for 22 dmg and caster nuke you for 900 i played trust me dont bother shit box

find it hilarious people who play rangers think they're pure dps... no - rangers are a SUPPORT class. utilities and CC with some heals and pussy dmg....
