She ate my 15 gold and my medium bear pelt, but real he problem is you have to be literally right on top of her to hail her then she won't stay still long enough to go through the dialog with you ( I'm a pretty fast typer ! ) it's rather frustrating, I would love bear pelt boots lol

I tried this today, gave her a medium quality bear skin and 15gold. She gave me boots, no problem.

I know this is old, but there's a few other threads that have been bumped from around the same time, so I hope this is okay... if not I apologize...

I want to just bump this because I had an issue with this very quest today. I've spoken to Chandra Miller before and gotten the Boots from her. She responded to all prompts as expected, and never told me to "get lost" or anything like that when I inquired about a cloak.

I turned in the High Quality Bear Skin and 21 gold Pieces, but she said "Oh.. I see.. But um.. I still need the other thing before I can make anything for you.. sorry." twice (implying she said it for both items). Did not get the Bear-Hide Cloak from her. I turned in a Low Quality Bear Skin and 5 gold pieces and I got not one, but TWO Bear Hide Belts from her.

Something's fishy with her, I think, unless I need higher than Amiable faction with her to get the cloak. :/
