Kick skill stuck at 149
 

I am a 31 Ogre warrior. I use kick constantly, but the skill is stuck at 149. All other skills are rising normally. I thought that perhaps it was because of my switch from crafted boots to cobalt boots recently (i.e. I thought the clickly lvl on the cobalt boots was affecting kick still increase), but I went back to crafted and still no increase after >200 kicks.

Umm aren't you maxed for your level?

That's the correct cap until you hit 51.
