Monk Epic, what level to attain?
 

So I got my Robe of the Whistling Fists last night on a lvl 45 Monk. I'm wondering if I can complete the epic at lvl 46? I would say 45, but I know you have a fight in the Plane of Sky. Any advice is appreciated. Would like to hear from someone who has either recieved the epic at 46, or someone who has attempted at lvl 46 and lost their items. Thanks in advance.

I found the answer to my question. Here it is for anyone wondering the same thing. You CAN do epic before 50.

I think 45-46 was how it was on live. You shouldn't be able to do these at lvl 1.

i got my monk epic at 47. dont be so worried, just dont mess it up :P

i did this back in like 2000/2001... it took me forever... has anyone redone it since?!

There are many monk epics on P99. While its a LONG quest, much longer than some other epics, it does not require random drops off highly contested mobs, so its actually one of the "easier" epics to obtain. Of the melee, I'd say its probably the second or third most common, after ragebringer and arguably after fiery defender.
