So I followed the guidlines for an IP exemption perfectly. I didn't bump my thread, I didn't make a second thread, and I had the correct prefix. It's been 5 weeks now though, is there a way to tell if they have declined your exemption? Or have they just still not gotten to it? It's just frustrating when the little free time we have together we cannot play the game!

It sucks man, but the only thing you can do is wait.

Tether that smart phone.
Have a buddy setup a proxy at their house.
Find a good free proxy. (i don't know of any off hand that are free.)
Call up ISP and request another IP.

Yeah, the whole IP exemption is just stupid. With how slow they are 1 month is considered quick...

In the mean time.

Get both accounts created.
Get your toons all picked out.
Run your toons to the same area, if they are not already.

Do all that you can to get setup for when the exemption does come.

I'm going on 2 months for my character restore request...I feel you pain.

They need to let the right ones in.

I'm in the same boat waiting for an ip exception. Just gotta wait and hope my buddie doesnt pass me up too much.

Go to Crushbone, Unrest etc, there are often lvl 60 ppl PLing random new players

Mine took about a month and a half. They do happen, just gotta wait it out man. Best of luck to you!
