so if you buy this MQ the way I understand it , you still have to get blade of abbrogation, dark sheath , ghoulbane, etc to do turn in >? I guess my big question before I put in a offer is your SK needs to be 50+ to get this epic unlike rogue MQ epic ?

blade of abbrogation common, dark sheath from decrepit hide is prolly the most rare part, besides of course the soul leech.

blade is common but you have to be in PoA to get it ?
