where do i get spells beyond 50 for a druid

i just got back and i don't remember anything at all

Spells above 50 generally drop off mobs. There are some you can buy from vendors in Firiona Vie as well. The dropped spells will either require killing the mobs or buying them from people who got the spell drops. Check out the P99 Wiki druid spell list to see which ones drop vs are vendor sold.
