I am not putting a buyout on this item because I have no idea the worth. I haven't seen one sold in a long time.

Why is this thing so pricy? -int some mr and the 60 40 dmg delay ok but for a caster? What am I missing? Lol sorry but real curious

No longer drops, not that many on the server.

Mostly just for the massive epeens. Its actually not a terrible item haha. I'm still waiting on the day a necro puts it on a pet =P
