Usual fee is 2k/h these days. Some super-uber-duper efficient people claim their service is worth 4k/h.

I don't think many offer a "pay-per-level" plan, as the hourly payment is way more dynamic.

I charge 500pp an hour for a 60 druid.

However, I don't have clicky BP or manastone, so I run OOM frequently. I also tend to go AFK and/or disconnect at least once an hour and "forget" to stop the timer.

My general PL strategy is to go to L Guk, and then we both die from a massive train because I forgot that the undead mobs flee now.

After Guk, I suggest Mistmoore, which we go to and then realize that it is over camped and PLing would be almost impossible without disturbing everyone's camp.

Then, we port to NK and head to Paw, where we kill three mobs, I claim the hour is up and that I need to go because I have GF agro/my kid's sick/my dad just came out of the closet.
