Guild creation
 

Asking numerous players and looking through the forum I have yet to find anything concerning the creation of guilds.The old classic way was to petition to have one made although I can't remember the stipulations regarding people needed.
So,how are guild created and what is needed?

petition, and get 5+ people online

me and 5 others?..so a complete group? Do I petition online using /petition or here in the petition forum?

use /petition in game. I tried a few weeks in a row, then I waited until a GM was on and petitioned. I was in a group but the GM caught me on CR naked and alone.
