Whats the best Off hand for rogue wielding Epic under 5k? or if there is any

Next tier up is Jagged Blade of Mourning, Blade of the Green Dragon Eye, Edge of the Nightwalker (I guess Green Jade Axe?)

I just saw the title "Best off hand" and didn't read the "below 5k part"

SCD is the next step up, at about 10k. Blade of the Green Dragon Eye is the same ratio as SCD and a bit slower (which is a small perk), but lacks MR. So meh.

JBOM and Edge are pretty craptastic for the price. JBOM has 10 MR, that's cool; but it costs 2x as much for an inferior ratio compared to SCD, and the 10 dex is 100% useless because if you are wielding JBOM, then you are NOT wielding a proccing weapon and it costs like 20k+. Edge is same ratio as SCD, but again, the dex is 100% wasted, agi is 99% useless, and even the str is likely going to be useless because if you can afford to spend 60k+ on this weapon then you're probably going to be at max str just with mrylokar arm buff, let alone a druid/sham/bard/whatever, which will put you at max even if you're wearing half resist gear.

Burning Rapier if you're cool. You're cooler if you mainhand it.
