Mouse over
 

For some reason when I mouse over gems or items it no longer tells me what im mousing over im sure i did something but no clue on how to fix it

Reboot your PC (I don't mean use sleep mode). 32 bit windows has a maximum amount of seconds (2^256) or about 27 days before you will see tool tips no longer working.
