Correct way to charge items yourself?
 

1. Toon with fully charged WC CAP (Example) at a vendor who is not visited often, or never with a inventory that isnt full sells charged cap.

2. Toon #2 logs on with WC CAP with no charge, and sells it to same merchant,
then buys both of them back.

is this correct?

The WC cap is lore though. So you can't own 2 at a time.

He means buy back with two different characters
