The PH is a 16 minute spawn. The PH is the only roaming mob in the whole dungeon. So if you see something wandering around, kill it (unless it's just a mob going back to it's home after a train). Things to spawn in Gynok's place are a Large Skeleton, a ghoul, an Ice Boned Skeleton, and a Giant Plague Rat. There may be others, but these are the most common.

-Pending update, the zone will be 19 min respawn.
