Is there a way to disable levitate bobbing?

I vaguely remember that this was possible to do on live. Can this be done with the current client?

It's not an option on live, its just completely reworked mechanically on live, which is not done with the client we use. So not possible.

Our old-school levitate is way better than the way they made it on Live anyways.

Yes, click on your levitate buff icon. One unfortunate side-effect is that you will no longer be able to levitate. This is probably not the most thoroughly-thought-out answer, but it disables the bobbing.

Yeah, I liked the bobbing, because then I knew that I had the spell effect on without having to look at my icons.

Plus you can use it to climb up and over walls, like Jaled Dar`s tomb in Dragon Necropolis.
