Mask of Deception question
 

I just made a Rogue and am level 15. I saw on the Wiki that the assassin sees through Hide. I know that people go down and loot these quite often but is it something where you need to clear the way with your main or a friend then sneak there or is the assassin the only one that sees through hide there. Thanks in advance!

Vampire bats also see through invis and you cannot go around them. Someone will have to clear them for you. On live you could stay out of their aggro range, but on P99 you cannot.

Gargs wont seen through your hide afaik. Bats are a possibility but don't remember them spotting me.

I would zone in and see if people are camping the room. That's how I got mine, as it's a pretty difficult camp to do by yourself even in the 40s. However, yes, the mask rots a lot.

you can sneak/hide your way there

also as a bard you can invis yourself and have soemone cast invis vs undead

I have got there as bard like that, and i've helped rogues get theirs that used sneak/hide to get there

Got my rogue his with no issues.
Some nice 55 necro was farming Lguk and the mask was rotting.
I asked nicely and he let me loot it.

So there isn't much issue with Sneak/Hide to the area? Thanks for the help guys

You can hide/sneak from ent to assassin room

I snuck down there at 12 on my rogue nothing saw me. Got my mask from a nice necro camping ass/sup. no problems at all.
