Considering a return
 

Hello all,

My name is Dezik. I once played on this great server and had much fun. I had to leave due to RL reasons and have since played a number of recently released MMO's (WoW =(, Rift, Aion, WAR, GW2 ect..) only to be dissapointed by the lack of immersion that the classic EQ experience gave.

My question is this. Does this server still have an active population? Does it make since for me to make a return here? I was never very influential on this server, but had fun none-the-less. I think my max char was a level 25'ish SK. I would likely start over again. Is that possible to do here? Are there guilds that are accepting of newer players and help them out? Are there groups going on for lowbies? In essence, would it be fun?

I have always loved EQ. I find nothing else really fills the gap like the classic experience once did. Any info you guys could give on the current status of the server would be greatly appreciated!

PermaNoob. There are some that never get past 25-30, but they've played every class/race combination you can think of. So, in other words, there should be plenty of people around.
