NPCs losing debuffs when caster zones?
 

I use to use root to split Kedge zoneline often. Now when I get the mobs to zone and root them, it seems to ware off as I zone and everything returns.

I know at sometimes, I think in Velious, this was added but is this the case now or is it a bug?
