People farm him for Cloak of Flames, you should easily be able to get what you need from him if you catch a group there.

Yeah, I've been /whoing burning woods every 15minutes for the past couple days. Decided to make a post just in case anyone has it scheduled or anything so i can run on over. hell I'll summon the guy for a raid force =)
