Ragebringer

Issue: Rogue Epic, Ragebringer, is currently flagged as range slot usable.

Proposed Fix: Remove range slot capability.

Today's patch consisted mostly of server-side changes, additions, and
fixes regarding NPCs and quests. The only item of public note is that
the Ragebringer can no longer be equipped in the ranged slot. A data
entry error caused it to be initially allowed it to be equipped in that
slot.

As stated in the retroactively nerfed items thread, I need a rough time estimate/standout occurance to apply these changes. In this case, something that happened post epics, but pre-velious. We'll have to make something special if it doesn't exist.

If you need to tie it in with other fixes:

The Taunt > lvl 50 mobs came between these two times (Nov. 15, 2000) patch.

Still pretty laughable how you can do these quests at lvl 1 here (@pixel trolls not devs!). The pixel trolls remain strong.

You know it ain't classic.

The wizard epic NPC wouldn't even look at you unless you stabbed him until at least lvl 45 (planar 46, I know).
