Ranger only quest for the 49 spell.

• 51 Ranger
• Good faction in Gfay
• Follow Tunare
• Started in Gfay when created
• Grinded faction for Kelethin
• Guards changed, Lily Ashwood did not
• Listed as no faction(s) on wiki

Nothing at all works when I try to start this. If she is on a specific faction where conning indifferent won't start it, none are listed. Is this quest broken?

Fixed, pending update.

Whomever wrote this quest required the user to be level 50.. instead of 50 or greater.

=50 != >=50 :T

Thanks Nilbog. I happened to start it regardless by hide/sneak and then saying the last line of the quest 'I will take him the letter.' I tried saying just the last line 'I will take him the letter' when I wasn't hiding or sneaking and it failed to work. So for anyone attempting this, if you encounter the same problem, hide/sneak then say the last line.

Is there any update to this, I am unable to do it on my 50 ranger. It says the same text as above, "I'm sorry, I don't trust you with such a task." I saw the patch notes changing it to 50+. I also tried sneak/hide to no avail.

I can confirm this quest is still not working and the hide/sneak tac isn't working either.

I am max warmly to kelethin guards but indifferent to the Ashwood twins. Level 56 half-elf ranger of Tunare started in Kelethin.

I have been trying to complete this quest during the past week and received the same error message. Quest mob cons indifferent despite my faction level with the surrounding guards and other ranger quest npcs.

Is this ever going to be fixed??

It's been fixed. Needs a patch to update it.

Any ETA on when this patch will occur? Rangers have been getting shafted pretty hard. Tracking destroyed, level 49 spell unobtainable.
