Wizard Spell - Concussion
 

The resist check for Concussion does not appear to be functioning properly. I have yet to land this spell on any raid target ranging from Naggy to Phara Dar.

I have had this land on regular groupable mobs without issue.

On live, the spell was resistable but it was rare. It had about the same resist check as Lures, if not higher. I tried to find some better data, but the best I could find was an alakazam link: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=752 which does include the raw data spell information.

Null wants resists to be broken and non-classic. Hold your tears for something else.

concussion should work when resisted, same as when not resisted. is this the case on here?

It does appear to reduce the hate with the resist still, so the spell is functioning properly.
