Need some help please

First and foremost: Thanks for the replies and sorry if this topic has already been covered, I looked through the forums and couldn't find anything like my situation.

Returning player from '99 looking for some non-easy mode EQ. I edited EQ Titanium like how the main EQ Emu site said to do so (I hope). I downloaded the EQ Emu software, it updated a few files, it began to launch EQ (screen went black) but then an error popped up. Here's the error:

Windows - Application Error

The instruction at 0x02eef0ce referenced memory at 0xfffffffc. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Again: Thank you for the replies and I apologize if this has been covered.

Thanks.

Have you tried running as administrator? Have you tried running in compatibility mode? Have you tried forcing it to run in 640x480?

Yes, no, and no. Do I edit the .ini file to make it 640x480? And how would I do so? Thank you very much for the reply.

I had a problem similar to this. in options before you log in set it to the lowest possible res setting then once you log in throw it into windowed mode and chose the res you want

I fixed for Dey yesterday. It's the Windows Compatibility. Click on properties of the icon you're using to launch p1999 with and then compatibility. Make it to XP SP3. Check a box that says to run as admin.
