Are there any manastone items that will be only available fot a short time?

What about any hotspots like firepot bind spot?

Is it true that wizards start critting with vanilla velious?

Are there any Flowing Thought items in vanilla velious?

Hybrid penaltys will be removed right? But what else.

Wizard crits? Nope

FT? Yes, but there is an ongoing debate about original FT. My belief is that you could only have 1 of each FT, so FT1 + FT1 + FT3 items is only FT4 total. But that's another thread.
