"/who all count" = 760
Server select + P99 site = 857

Nice that the server is so populated, by why is there a gap in the numbers? (checked at the same time by the way ;) )

I think if you are at the character select screen, you show as a person on the select/p99 site, but you do not show in in a /who.

nah but yeah p99 just counts active connections, not in game iirc

To my knowledge, this is correct, thus the discrepancy.

At any given time there are a pretty large number of people sitting at character select.

Edit: I know what some of you are thinking. No it's not all raid guild alts ready to log in and kill whatever mob is in window. Actually quite a diverse group of people. I guess some just never really log themselves out.

I'm at character select as I type this and have been for the last 30 minutes probably.

Aha interesting, that explains it. Thanks for the responses. I usually get kicked from the character selection screen after about 10 :p
