Can someone tell me where might I be able to petition for new forum rules?

For example, I believe an auction should not be allowed if there is information that the seller is unwilling to provide in the auction. This is an obvious sign of malicious intent and such auctions should be prohibited.

He's using a 3rd party escrow. If you don't have the plat or don't want to buy it, make a post in RNF or something to cry about it. Till then stop trolling EC Tunnel.

I think auctions shouldn't be allowed without clear-cut ending time and bumping rules. I have never seen such a disorganized, chaotic and sluggish economy and I have literally months of gaming experience.

There are reasons that auction house-type mechanics became the norm. In every single multiplayer video game since then. Correct me if I'm wrong. Can anyone name one without one since EQ?
