Also, how does someone "steal" FTE? Does that mean they simply achieved FTE? Doesn't seem like you can steal something from someone who never had it in the first place.

There are conflicting FTE claims all the time. The whole fucking point of petitioning FTE is the claim in the first place that one or another guild had it. It is wonderful that you think you had FTE, however we also think we had FTE.
