Melodious truncheon resist
 

I believe it is supposed to be unresistable, had it resist today on Tranix.

Level cap on this is 55. Pretty sure Tranix is unmezzable though.

That's why Truncheon is good. Stuns regardless of level and whether the mob is stun immune or not.

Did not realize this was a stun too. Spell only looks like a lvl 55 mez with a chance to mem blur.

It's a mez (will interrupt casting) regardless to immunity. That's the benefit of the truncheon.

Should be working in PvP after the latest patch's fixes to mezz with level limits.

As for PvE, the other thread summarizes the issue fine.
