Where is the Silvered Tae We Observer in CT?
 

Trying to do the Incandescent Wand quest for the enchanter. I have the pouch of silver dust but cannot find "A Silvered Tae Ew Observer" who drops the "silver wand" and Alakazams is no help since it only talks about CT after it was changed and the mob placed outside on a spawn rotation with Radiant. I have asked in zone but no one seems to know.

"a silvered guard" is what you're looking for.

I saw a mention in the reading of "a silvered guard" but understood it to mean it was not what I was looking for. I will give these guys a good beating.
