I've had not one but TWO corpse summons now in 24 hours and both happened really quickly. Considering that no one gets paid here, this is pretty fantastic customer service.

I had prompt assistance with some corpse issues last week also :)

I petitioned for an IP exemption last night at 7:43 PM so I could play with my brother a little.

It went through at 11:59PM. Took less than 6 hours.

Agreed with the everyone here, super service provided. Considering no one gets paid, that's a lesson a lot of companies could take on board...

Petitioned for assistance with surname before I logged late last night. Woke up to check on something else in game and found surname already outfitted with a grave accent. If only RL were more like this.

On my one and only petition I've submitted, Sirken got back to me right quick. Wasn't the answer I had hoped for, but that's nothing to do with their work. Was fast, considerate, and answered without leading me around.
