No, I wasn't going to offer 30k. I was going to actually offer a very generous amount, much more than what anyone should be expected to pay for 1 spell. However, you can keep your spell, price gouging, and your bad attitude to yourself.

Something tells me he's not going to accept my actual offer.

I'm still at work here, that was not me talking to you. Not lying about that, but that certainly is my character sending you tells! Can you even make tell text that small, and do you actaully squint to read that daily? Ew.

Also buyout doesn't need to be met to sell it. Still don't think you had a decent offer :P
