A thought for you ubers on PR and raid bosses
 

Sponsor pick-up raids but claim one specific item for guild only roll. Then OOC in EC for anyone wanting to join in the fun. Random the rest to everyone (including your members).

You would still likely get most or all the loot but you would be the most loved guild on the server and the non-raid component of the server will want you to get every spawn.
