Raid Mob window changes?
 

It is obvious by now that a lot of raid mobs went past the end of their window.
Since there was nothing in the patch notes about this, is it possible to hear from a GM as to if the windows have been officially extended and we can expect this to continue from now on?


There has been a TON of people at the VS spawn point for well over 24 hours now. While I personally ended up saying fuck it and went to bed, there are many people who did not.

We are told not to use any means of 3rd party programing to get FTE (and honestly my 1996 keyboard would not be able to use this anyway)


I don't care either way as to why the reason all these mobs have went past the window. I just know there has been a few GMs in the pit to see the crazy sock and would hate to think the windows were extended and we are all getting laughed at.

So if a GM could make a post and say "the server reset and you all missed it" or We have extended the spawn windows in an attempt to stop the poopsocking and unfortunately it has currently made it way worse temporarily. I would really appreciate it so I don't waste any more of my life

Wait so instead of reducing variance and adding simultaneous repops, they extended the window? Isn't that like the exact opposite of what they said they were going to do?

the GMs owe the players no explanations if the timers were ninja changed, that is part of EQ, adapting to the changing world. It the the choice of the players if they want to sit there mindlessly for hours awaiting a certain spawn. Personally if they did get ninja changed I applaud this as it should bring to light the "what exactly are we even doing" realization that many players will experience after a good ol 12-20 hour sock of something that should have already popped.

Camping the spawn points and praying for a FTE tag no where near resembles a classic EQ experience which is very sad that things have gotten to this point on a server that was built for 'nostalgia' and the good ol days. I dont have the answer as per how people should get their pixels but it certainly shouldnt be like this :(

Maybe the spawn just bugged out? I'm pretty sure Ragefire was bugged but the most recent Naggy fixed him. Sky was also bugged after the patch and Rogean had to reset the zone to fix it.
