Check to see if you have both a DSETUP.dll and dsetup.dll in your default folder. If so, try backing up/deleting the DSETUP.dll file.

LINUX outdated spellfile issue with 9/10 patch **SOLVED**

I saw somebody mention in the patch notes responses that he could get the update to work on a windows machine but couldn't on a linux box.

I wanted to see if anybody else is having the same issue...

You aren't going to find much for 100p since 50-100pp is the cheapest you'll find most low-end int drops to sell for. Consider trying to save up 500p and buy a pair of 5ac/55hp rings first then buy...
