I unzipped the p99 files and extracted them and put them into my EQ folder and replaced the old files. I go to Launch Titanium and get the "Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIErrors.txt."

I already have regular everquest downloaded so I'm not sure if that is messing with the files i downloaded for titanium. I completed all the steps but I can't find the launcher anywhere in my files....
