Fletching Error Code

I'm not sure if this is worth pointing out or not but when I was fletching today on my ranger trying to do the combine

Game Crashes on Exit or when switching account.

Every time I exit the game from the main menu or I log out of a toon to switch to another account I get this error message any know how to fix it perhaps?

Ever since latest patch 9/21 at least in mistmoore castle if you throw a ninja star a a mob it will agro the mob but if you FD an try to throw another star at the mob for example when splitting mobs...

This quest is bugged I Tried to spawn Emissary Glib and I thought okay well I'm lvl 5 maybe its because of my race but I also had a lvl 20 Ogre try to talk to her to Spawn Emissary Glib and a lvl 16...
